NOMZAMO WOLVES, RAINBOW CRICKET CLUB and CRICKET at the primary schools

Except the Nomzamo Wolves and the adult cricket club, The Rainbows, we now also have a coach who is going to the primary schools to introduce cricket to the kids. He already organized tournaments for the kids of several primary schools. 

 Our goal is to get the kids enthousiastic for the sport and get them off the streets.We are very happy to have Phumezo, who is an excellent player at The Rainbows, as a coach. Phumezo will work together with Chainz ( our contact person for The Wolves and The Rainbows and also an excellent cricket player) to guide the young kids.

The Nomzamo Wolves didnt have a lot of matches this year, but they will have a come back next year. Starting the first match 19-1 against Port Alfred High School.The Rainbows had a great season and won several trophies. We supported them this year with new nets, new equipment and new tracksuits. And of course at the end of the succesfull season, with a braai.
